Nusantara Archipelago are home for 250 or more tribes. This islands has been destination for spice merchant since the early century. The cultrural criss cross and diversity finaly bring a complexity of Indonesian food identity.
Rahung Nasution is a Pseudo Chef who traveler to discover the cultural identity through food. Despite the common myth in most culture that women are the queen of the kitchen, Rahung proves us that food knows no gender. He also believes that the so-many-different signature of foods should enrich our identity, race to nation, but it should not create boundaries nor separate us.
