Having no culinary background, does not stop Andrian Ishak to do magical things. In fact, it freed his mind from limitations. Andrian wants to elevate local street foods through moleculargastronomy. Every unorthodox plate he served is a reflection of his passion towards food.
Self taught and driven by both passion and curiosity, Andrian Ishak, uses scientific techniques to produce both playful variations on traditional dishes and wacky new food pairing to create Namaaz Dining – the first Indonesian molecular gastronomy restaurant.
Inspired by a multitude of art disciplines including music and painting, he considers himself as a craftsman that expresses his creativity through food.
